RTT is a form of brief therapy that focuses on rapid problem solving by focusing on emotions and physical sensations.
The process of RTT is generally divided into three stages: recognition of emotion, release of emotion, and redirection to positive thoughts. During the first stage, you will identify the emotion you are feeling and how it manifests in your body. Then we will work together to release that emotion using various techniques.

Finally, we will focus on reorienting towards positive and constructive thoughts, in order to help you find greater inner peace and move forward. Everything is done in a relatively short time, usually in just a few sessions.
